A: To prepare your extensions for install, pre-wash & condition or co-wash your extensions with high quality shampoo & conditioning products that are sulfate free.
- Can I dye my extensions?
A: Yes, we recommend that you allow a professional to do so. Our Blondie Collection makes it easier to deposit color into the hair.
- How do I care for my extensions?
A: To properly care for your extensions you should shampoo & condition them regularly using sulfate free high quality products. Use a heat protectant when applying heat. Recommended conditioner: Silicon Mix. If possible, sleep on a satin pillowcase &/or in a satin cap to reduce breakage & tangles. Under your satin cap, twist/braid your extensions to help with the prevention of the extensions matting & tangling while you’re asleep.
- How do I care for Straight or Body Wave extensions?
A: These textures are extremely low maintenance. To avoid weighing your hair down, only use a small amount of product when needed. After install & washes, flat iron/style your extensions for a sleek appearance.
- How do I care for Deep Wave or Water Wave extensions?
A: These textures are more high maintenance. On a daily basis, wet the hair by misting it with a spray bottle and gently comb with a wide-tooth comb from the ends to the root. Apply a creamy quality moisturizer/curl enhancer by rubbing it in your hands first, then distribute it evenly throughout the hair. Scrunch the hair (try not to finger comb) and allow the hair to dry to set the wave pattern.
- Can I straighten my Deep Wave or Water Wave extensions?
A: Yes, however we do not recommend that you continuously do so, this can over time ruin the wave pattern.
